VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/01/11 -- Adroit Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ADT)(FRANKFURT: A7V)(BERLIN: A7V), Private Placement for up to C$3,500,000: Management is pleased to announce that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, the Company has agreed to raise up to a total of C$3,500,000 for 18,421,052 units of one share and one whole warrant by way of private placement organised by the Company. Each whole warrant will be for three years, transferable, and entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share for C$0.25 in the first year, C$0.35 in the second year and C$0.45 in the last year. Finder's fees may be paid to arms length parties in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policy with respect to the private placement.
The proceeds of this private placement will be used for the exploration of the Company's Red Vein Copper/Zinc property in Ontario, its Italian Antimony project, development of mineral properties and general working capital.
Adroit Resources Inc. is a mineral exploration company that is currently exploring for Gold, Silver and Antimony in Central Italy and diamonds, precious and base metals in the Timmins/Shining Tree/Temagami/Cobalt and Bancroft areas of Ontario, Canada.
