TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/14/10 -- Pelangio Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE: PX), (OTCBB: PGXPF) ('Pelangio' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce that it has entered into an investor relations consulting agreement dated October 14, 2010 with Proconsul Capital, represented by Andreas Curkovic and Martti Kangas.
The consulting agreement provides for a monthly consulting fee of $5,000 plus HST and may be terminated upon 30 days written notice. The consulting agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
