Wedgemount Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement
Vancouver - Wedgemount Resources Corp. (CSE: WDGY)("Wedgemount" or the "Company"), announces it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 common shares (each a "Share") at CAD$0.05 per Share for gross proceeds of up to CAD$500,000 (the "Offering"). The Company intends to use approximately one-half of the net proceeds from the Offering for marketing and the balance for general working capital purposes. All securities issued under the Offering will be subject to a hold period expiring 4 months and 1 day after issuance, in accordance with the rules and policies of the Exchange and applicable Canadian securities laws.
Certain insiders of the Company may participate in the Offering. The extent of such participation has not yet been determined.
Completion of the Offering is subject to customary conditions and the receipt of all necessary approvals.
