Mithril Silver and Gold Ltd. (Company) (ASX:MTH; TSXV:MSG) announces the retirement of Non-Executive Directors Garry Thomas and Stephen Layton with effect from 30 June 2025.
Company Chair, Craig Sharpe, stated, "it is with both gratitude and admiration that we announce the retirement of Garry Thomas and Stephen Layton who have been senior Board members since the 2020 transformation of Mithril Silver and Gold to its current Mexico precious metals focus.
Garry has provided Mithril with strong technical guidance utilising his many decades in the mining and construction space, while Stephen has used his vast capital markets experience and connections, to help drive the company forward.
While we will miss Garry's and Stephen's Board presence, they remain significant and committed shareholders with continued interest in the ongoing progress of the company. The Board sincerely wishes Garry and Stephen well for the future."
