CALGARY, Sept. 20, 2019 - Razor Energy Corp. (“Razor” or the “Company”) (TSXV: RZE) announces the resignation of Mr. Stan Smith from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Razor wishes to thank Mr. Smith for his contributions to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
