Vancouver, September 26, 2018 - RT Minerals Corp. (TSXV: RTM) (OTC Pink: RTMFD) (the "Company") announces that pursuant to an Agreement dated September 25, 2018, the Company has agreed to sell its 100% interest in the Dog Lake Gold Property located approximately 59 km northeast of Wawa, Ontario to Manitou Gold Inc. ("Manitou") for consideration of $5,000 and 800,000 common shares of Manitou.
This transaction is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange and approval by the boards of the Company and Manitou.
