Northern Blizzard Resources Inc. Announces Voting Results of Annual and Special Meeting

CALGARY, May 13, 2016 /CNW/ - Northern Blizzard Resources Inc. ("Northern Blizzard") (TSX: NBZ) announces that all resolutions were approved at its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on May 12, 2016.

During the business proceedings at the meeting, Northern Blizzard's shareholders approved the resolutions below.

1.     Election of Directors

The nine nominees proposed as directors and listed in its Information Circular dated March 31, 2016, were elected as directors of Northern Blizzard. The voting results are as follows:

2.     Appointment of Auditors

The appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors of Northern Blizzard was approved, with 99.98% of the common shares represented at the meeting voting in favour of the resolution.

3.     Reduction to Stated Capital

The reduction to the stated capital of the common shares of Northern Blizzard by $200 million was approved, with 99.97% of the common shares represented at the meeting voting in favour of the resolution.
