HOUSTON, Feb. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Apache Corp. (NYSE, Nasdaq: APA) has declared regular cash dividends on the company's common shares.
The dividend on common shares of 25 cents per share is payable on May 22, 2015, to stockholders of record on April 22, 2015.
