Mark Brannum notified Magellan of his resignation from the position of Vice President -- General Counsel and Secretary in order to pursue another employment opportunity. The effective date of Mr. Brannum's resignation will be August 15, 2014. As a result of his resignation, the Company will restructure current management assignments.
