CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Mar 19, 2014) - Tanager Energy Inc. ("Tanager") (TSX VENTURE:TAN) is pleased to announce that effective March 5, 2014,it has engaged Mr. John Cunningham of Venture Liquidity Providers Inc. ("VLP") to provide investor relations, promotional and shareholder communications services. VLP is an Ontario-based investor relations consulting firm.
The initial term of the consulting agreement (the "Agreement") entered into by Tanager and VLP is for a three (3) month period which will be automatically renewed for an additional nine (9) month period unless otherwise terminated by Tanager or VLP. VLP will receive a monthly fee of $5,000.
The Agreement is subject to acceptance of applicable filings with the Exchange.
Tanager Energy Inc. is a Lethbridge, Alberta based corporation engaged in the exploration for oil and gas and minerals. The Corporation's common shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol "TAN".
