NEW YORK, July 8, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Warren Resources Inc. (Nasdaq:WRES) today announced the promotion of Timothy A. Larkin to Executive Vice President-Mergers and Acquisitions and Stewart P. Skelly to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Larkin has served as Warren's Chief Financial Officer since 1995 and was appointed as an Executive Vice President in March 2004. Mr. Skelly has served as Warren's Corporate Controller since 2002 and was appointed as a Vice President in March 2004. From 2000 to 2002, he served as the company's Assistant Controller.
In making this announcement, Warren's Chairman and CEO, Philip A. Epstein, said, "We are pleased to have Tim and Stewart advancing to new positions in our executive team.
