Calgary, Canada: - Transeuro Energy Corp. ("Transeuro" or
the "Company") announces that May gas production from the
Beaver River field in Canada was 1,182,240m3 (average of 38,237m3 per
day or 1.3 mmcf/d), compared to April production of 1,217,680m3
(average of 40,589m3 per day or 1.4 mmcf/d).

The Company has been informed that during June the Fort Nelson gas
plant will perform annual maintenance and throughput will be
restricted for most of the month. Gas production from Beaver River is
expected to be shut in for much of this period and the Company will
perform routine field maintenance.
