HOUSTON -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- National Oilwell Varco, Inc. (NYSE: NOV) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.26 per share of common stock from $0.13 per share of common stock, payable on June 28, 2013 to each stockholder of record on June 14, 2013. The Company has increased its quarterly cash dividend every year since the Company started paying cash dividends.
