Calgary, Canada: - Transeuro Energy Corp. ("Transeuro" or the "Company") announces that May gas production from the Beaver River field in Canada was 1,941,070m3 (average of 62,615m3 per day or 2.2 mmcf/d), compared to April production of 1,970,080m3 (average of 67,934 m3 per day over 29 days flowing or 2.4 mmcf/d).

Transeuro is involved in the acquisition of petroleum and natural gas rights, the exploration for, and development and production of crude oil, condensate and natural gas.
