New Human Resource Director in DNO

Anita Marie Hjerkinn Aarnæs is joining DNO´s Corporate Management team as Human
Resource Director. She will take up her new position from 1 February 2012.

- I am very pleased to welcome Anita onboard. DNO is growing rapidly, and we
need to focus more on developing our people and the organization, says Managing
Director Helge Eide.

Anita Marie Hjerkinn Aarnæs comes from the position as Partner in Charge of
Heidrick & Struggles Norway and has previously worked at TripleA Consulting and
PA Consulting Group.

- DNO is a very exciting international company with a strong and highly skilled
team. I look forward to take up the position and strengthen DNO´s efforts within
HR, says Hjerkinn Aarnes.

Anita's educational background is Master of Public Administration from Harvard
University. She received her degree in Political Sciences and Public Law from
the University of Oslo.
