Goldgroup Added to the S&P/TSX SmallCap Index

the 'Company') is pleased to announce that, effective after the close
of trading Friday, September. 16, 2011, the Standard and Poors Canadian
Index Operations will add Goldgroup to the S&P/TSX SmallCap Index.
