("Transeuro" or the "Company") announces that further to its press release dated August 4, 2011 that due to an error by the TSX Venture Exchange the Company's common shares did not commence trading on a consolidated basis today. The Company has been advised by the TSX Venture Exchange that the shares will trade on a consolidated basis on August 9th, 2011. The Company has requested that a trading halt be left in place until the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin confirming the commencement of trading on a consolidated basis has been issued.
