In addition, Northgate will host its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') on the same day, May 10, at 10:00 am Toronto time. The AGM will be held at the TMX Broadcast and Conference Centre, 130 King Street West, Toronto, Canada.
During the meeting, Northgate will provide an overview of our 2010 performance, our 2011 first quarter financial and operating results, an update on our development projects and our plans for the future.
