VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire - Feb. 4, 2011) - Berkley Resources Inc. (CNSX:BKS) (PINK SHEETS:BRKDF) (FRANKFURT:W8O) ("Berkley" or the "Company") has announced that, effective October 1, 2010, the Company has sold its 18.72% interest in the Dollard Area, Saskatchewan. Pursuant to the terms of a Purchase and Sale Agreement with an arms-length private operator, the Company will be paid $1,111,000 in connection with the transaction.
Berkley Resources Inc. is a growth-oriented, junior oil and gas company with production, development and exploration assets in Alberta, Canada.
