Labrador Announces Completion of Consolidation
CALGARY - Labrador Resources Inc. ("Labrador" or the "Company") (TSXV:LTX) announces that, further to its news releases dated December 18, 2025 and February 17, 2026, the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has approved the consolidation (the "Consolidation") of the common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares") on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation Common Share (each a "Post-Consolidation Share") for every two (2) pre-consolidation Common Shares. Effective at the opening on Friday, February 20, 2026, the Post-Consolidation Shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.
