Valero Energy Corporation Declares Regular Cash Dividend on Common Stock

The Board of Directors of Valero Energy Corp. (NYSE: VLO, "Valero") has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on common stock of $0.98 per share. The dividend is payable on September 1, 2022 to holders of record at the close of business on August 4, 2022.
