TORONTO, May 07, 2019 - International Petroleum Corp. (“IPC” or the “Corporation”) (TSX, Nasdaq Stockholm: IPCO) is pleased to announce the voting results from the Corporation’s 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “2019 AGM”) held on May 7, 2019 in Toronto, Ontario.
Number of Directors
The number of Directors of the Corporation was set at eight. The vote was conducted by a show of hands. Proxies received by management in advance of the 2019 AGM indicated the following:

Appointment of Auditor
PricewaterhouseCoopers AG was appointed as auditor of the Corporation for the ensuing year and the Directors of the Corporation were authorized to fix the remuneration of the auditor.
