VANCOUVER, June 2, 2016 - Oyster Oil and Gas Limited ("Oyster" or the "Company") (TSX-V: OY) is pleased to confirm that following various meetings with the Office des Mines Nationales et des Industries Stratégiques ("OMNIS") the transfer documents were signed at a meeting held in Paris, France on June 2nd, 2016. The documents confirm that Oyster has 100% Working Interest and has been appointed Operator of the Antsiranana Block 1101 located onshore in northern Madagascar. Certain conditions remain to be complied with in accordance with the production sharing contract.

Oyster holds production sharing contracts interests with the Government of Djibouti and the Government of Madagascar. Oyster holds 100% of four blocks comprising approximately 3.5 million acres onshore and offshore in Djibouti; Oyster also holds a 100% working interest in an onshore block in Madagascar which covers approximately 2.8 million acres.
