CALGARY, Jan 29, 2016 - Striker Exploration Corp. (TSX VENTURE:SKX) ("Striker" or the "Company") announces that it has granted stock options ("Options") to acquire 635,000 common shares of the Company ("Common Shares") pursuant to its stock option plan, 560,000 of which were granted to the directors and officers of Striker. The Options vest over three years (1/3 on each of the first, second and third anniversary of the grant date) and are exercisable at a price of $1.28 per Common Share.
