("Terra Nova") announces that it has granted 1,300,000 stock options to certain consultants of Terra Nova and a director of Terra Nova's Australian subsidiaries. Each stock option will allow the holder to purchase a common share of Terra Nova at an exercise price of $0.18 per share. Of the 1,300,000 options granted, 200,000 options were granted for a period of one year from the date of grant, and 1,100,000 options were granted for a period of 5 years from the date of grant.
