Vector Resources Inc. Receives Partial Early Payment on its Note Receivable Prior to Actual Note Repayment Date

The Corporation anticipates that it will receive the remaining balance of $45,500, which is outstanding under the Termination and Forbearance Agreement dated March 31, 2014, between the Corporation, Oriana and Select-TV Solutions Inc. (“STVS”).

The Corporation is a capital pool company.
