Buski as a member of its Board of Directors effective January 6, 2015. Mr. Buski served as an independent director and was a member of the Audit Committee, Corporate Disclosure Committee and Reserves Committee. Mr. Buski has resigned for personal reasons that are unrelated to the Company.
