Ikkuma Resources Corp. Announces Stock Option Grant

CALGARY, Dec. 18, 2014 /CNW/ - Ikkuma Resources Corp. ("Ikkuma" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: IKM) has granted 834,100 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of Ikkuma at an exercise price of $1.19.

The stock options have been granted pursuant to Ikkuma's 10% rolling stock option plan and will expire five years from the date of grant.  All of the stock options vest as to one third thereof on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of grant.  Subsequent to this stock option grant, Ikkuma will have a total of 7,868,195 stock options outstanding.
