(the "Company") (TSX:PGD) advises that warrants issued in connection with its rights offering completed on October 6, 2014 (see news release dated October 8, 2014) will be listed and posted for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol PGD.WT at market open on Monday, October 27, 2014. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.21 per share at any time before 2:00 p.m. (Vancouver time) on April 6, 2015.
