OKLAHOMA CITY, Sept. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc. (NYSE: PHX) announced today that Shelly S. Quimby has joined the Company as Land Manager. Ms. Quimby spent nine years with Chesapeake Energy Corp. with her last position being Manager-Acquisitions and Divestures. She has in excess of 30 years of land department experience.
