Lone Oak Acquisition Corporation Changes Name to Arabella Exploration, Inc.

Stock and Warrants Will Continue to Trade Under LOKKF and LOKWF Ticker, Respectively

MIDLAND, February 06, 2014 - Arabella Exploration, Inc. (OTCQB: LOKKF) (OTCQB: LOKWF) ("Arabella" or "the Company") today announced that it has changed its name from Lone Oak Acquisition Corporation to Arabella Exploration, Inc. The Company's stock and warrants will continue to trade on OTC Bulletin Board under the tickers "LOKKF" and "LOKWF", respectively, until the documents relating to the name change have been reviewed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). The Company will issue a press release to announce the new tickers once they become available.

The Company completed the acquisition of Arabella Exploration, LLC on December 24, 2013 and issued 3,125,000 shares to Arabella Exploration, LLC's shareholders, with an additional 1,705,002 shares to be issued upon achievement of certain performance targets.
