Oasis to Announce Select Operational Results, Preliminary Financial Results for 2013, and its 2014 Outlook on Tuesday, February 4, 2014

HOUSTON, Jan. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Oasis Petroleum Inc. (NYSE: OAS) ("Oasis" or the "Company") plans to announce select 2013 operational and preliminary financial results as well as its 2014 outlook on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 before the open of trading on the NYSE.  Additionally, the Company will host a conference call that same day at 10:00 a.m. Central Time to discuss the announcement.

This call is in lieu of a call following the final fourth quarter and full year 2013 results.  We plan to announce fourth quarter and full year 2013 results on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 after the close of trading on the NYSE.
