("DeeThree" or the "Corporation") (TSX:DTX)(OTCQX:DTHRF) is pleased to announce it has issued an additional 570,000 common shares at $9.25 per common share for gross proceeds of $5,272,500 pursuant to the exercise in full of the over-allotment option in connection with the previously-announced short-form prospectus offering.
The offering was led by Raymond James Ltd. (book runner), Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. and Cormark Securities Inc. and included a syndicate of underwriters consisting of Dundee Securities Ltd., TD Securities Inc., GMP Securities L.P., National Bank Financial Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc. and Casimir Capital Ltd.
