CALGARY, June 12, 2013 /CNW/ - Marquee Energy Ltd. ("Marquee" or the "Company") (TSXV: "MQL") announces that the following matters were approved by the shareholders at the annual and special meeting (AGM) held today in Calgary.
The shareholders re-elected Messrs. Dennis Feuchuk, Richard Alexander, Glenn Carley, Bruce Hammond, Greg Bay and Richard Thompson. The Company would like to thank retiring board member Bob Steele for his contributions to Marquee.
The shareholders also approved the following:
- appointment of Collins Barrow LLP as auditors of Marquee
- the Company's Stock Option Plan
- the Company's Advance Notice Bylaw regarding the election of directors
