Archer Daniels Midland Company’s (NYSE: ADM) Board of Directors today declared a cash dividend of 19.0 cents per share on the company’s common stock payable Dec. 5, 2013, to stockholders of record Nov. 14, 2013.
This is ADM’s 328th consecutive quarterly payment, a record of 82 years of uninterrupted dividends. As of Sept. 30, 2013, there were 657,711,636 shares of ADM common stock outstanding.
