Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM) today announces plans to acquire a soybean crushing and biodiesel facility in Deerfield, Mo., from Prairie Pride, Inc. ADM will also form a partnership with Prairie Pride for the biodiesel portion of the business.
