VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/04/11 -- Mr. David Patterson, Chairman of Donner Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: DON)(FRANKFURT: D4M), reports that the Company has engaged Syndicated Capital Corp. ('SCC') of Vancouver, B.C., to provide investor relations services to the Company. The Company has agreed to pay SSC $5,000.00 per month, for an initial term of 12 months. Mr. A. Salman Jamal of Vancouver, B.C., is the principal of SCC. The Company has granted 600,000 incentive stock options to SCC exercisable at a price of $0.30 per common share for a period of three years. The agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
In addition, the Company has granted 8,175,000 incentive stock options to certain of its directors, officers, employees, and consultants exercisable at a price of $0.30 per share for a period of three years.
