The Board of Directors of Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM)
today declared a cash dividend of 15 cents per share on the Company′s
stock payable September 9, 2010, to Stockholders of record August 19,
2010.
This is ADM′s 315th consecutive quarterly payment, a record
of 78 years of uninterrupted dividends. As of June 30, 2010, there were
639,314,478 shares of ADM stock outstanding.
