(TSXV: RG) (OTC Pink: RMIOF) (FSE: D4R) ("Romios" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, further to its press releases of December 4, 2018, at the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on January 11, 2019 (the "Meeting") the shareholders of the Company approved the definitive agreement (the "Definitive Agreement") with Crystal Lake Mining Corp. ("CLM") to option the Company's Newmont Lake Property ("Newmont Lake") to CLM. All other matters on the agenda were approved at the Meeting. The Definitive Agreement remains subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
