Northern Sphere Mining Corp. (CSE: NSM) ("Northern Sphere" or the "Company") announced today that it proposes to raise up to $500,000 through a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,500,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.20 per common share (the "Private Placement"). The Private Placement may be closed in tranches.
Common shares issued pursuant to the Private Placement will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of closing of the applicable tranche.
The Company anticipates that the net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used towards ongoing development of mining assets and for general working capital.
