Fertoz Ltd. (ASX:FTZ) today announces that Mr Alexandre Penha is resigning as an Alternate Director effective immediately. Mr Penha will continue to support the company on a consulting basis as the Vice President, Corporate Development. In this role, Mr Penha will assist the company as it focuses on developing near term projects, off-takes and on seeking newer long-term opportunities.
