VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/05/11 -- Lincoln Mining Corporation (TSX VENTURE: LMG) ('Lincoln' or the 'Company') announces that pursuant to its Incentive Stock Option Plan, it has granted incentive stock options to new directors of the Company to purchase up to an aggregate of 600,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.19 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant. The options will vest over a 24 month period with one eighth of the allotment available for exercise every three months.
