Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM) announced today at its 87th Annual Stockholders′ Meeting that 10 incumbent directors were re-elected to its Board. The directors re-elected are: George W. Buckley, Mollie Hale Carter, Pierre Dufour, Donald E. Felsinger, Victoria F. Haynes, Antonio Maciel Neto, Patrick J. Moore, Thomas F. O′Neill, Kelvin R. Westbrook and Patricia A. Woertz.
Cash Dividend Declared
The Board of Directors of ADM also declared a cash dividend of 15 cents per share on the Company′s stock payable Dec. 9, 2010, to Stockholders of record Nov. 18, 2010.
This is ADM′s 316th consecutive quarterly payment, a record of 79 years of uninterrupted dividends. As of Sept. 30, 2010, there were 638,835,163 shares of ADM stock outstanding.
