Erin Ventures has granted 200,000 options at a price of $0.08 per share to a consultant and, subject to renewal of the agreement after 120 days, will grant a further option for another 200,000 shares at the then market price. The options will expire on the earlier of 5 years or the termination of the consulting agreement.

Erin Ventures has issued a total of 470,588 common shares, at a price of $0.085 per share in payment of $40,000 of the advisory fees payable to Byron Capital Markets Ltd. as the Company's financial advisor, as described in Erin's news release of February 26, 2013. The shares are subject to a hold period expiring August 19, 2013.
