Kelt Exploration Ltd. und Artek Exploration Ltd. gaben vergangene Woche bekannt, dass die Übenahme von Artek durch Kelt abgeschlossen wurde. Gemäß Vereinbarung erwarb Kelt alle ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Stammaktien von Artek. Insgesamt 26,9 Mio. Kelt-Aktien wurden im Rahmen des Deals an die ehemaligen Aktionäre von Artek ausgegeben.
