Demnach erwarb Whitecap alle ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Klasse-A-Aktien von Midway für 111,35 Mio. $ in bar und insgesamt 32,09 Mio. Stammaktien von Whitecap. Zudem hat Whitecap die Schulden von Midway übernommen.
