A Distribution as a Dividend of Shares of Seven Generations Energy Ltd. (VII) by Paramount Resources Ltd. (POU)
TORONTO, Jan. 3, 2017 /CNW/ - S&P Dow Jones Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:
Paramount Resources Ltd. (TSX:POU) has announced that it will distribute to its shareholders by way of a dividend its remaining shareholding in Seven Generations Energy Ltd. (TSX:VII). For index purposes, 1,913,526 shares of Seven Generations Energy will be added to the S&P/TSX SmallCap Index at zero price after the close of trading on Wednesday, January 4th, 2017. These shares will remain in the index until the close of the pay date, which is expected to be Monday, January 16th, 2017. The shares will then be removed at the MOC price of Seven Generations Energy on that date.
