Grizzly Discoveries Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GZD) (OTCQX:GZDIF) (FRANKFURT:G6H) ("Grizzly" or the "Company") announces, further to its previous announcement today with respect to its agreement with Northern Securities Inc. regarding a best efforts private placement of units ("Units") and flow- through units ("Flow-Through Units") of the Company (the "Offering"), that the Offering has been amended such that the common share purchase warrants to be issued as part of both the Units and Flow-Through Units will be exercisable for a 24 month period from the date of issue, instead of a 12 month period from the date of issue as previously announced.
All other terms of the Offering remain as previously announced and are hereby confirmed. The Offering remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
