The new name is symbolic of the Company's endeavours in gold mining exploration. "Au" represents the symbol for the chemical element Gold. The "Q" in the new name represents the pride the Company has in conducting exploration in the Province of Quebec. The new name will be effective next week upon receipt of regulatory approval, anticipated to be next week.
