GFG Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GFG) (OTCQB: GFGSF) ("GFG" or the "Company") announces that it has granted, subject to certain vesting requirements, stock options to directors, officers and employees to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,800,000 common shares, of the Company exercisable for a period of five years at a price of CDN$1.09 per share. The issuance of stock options represents 3.6 percent of the Company's current issued and outstanding common shares.
